Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a powerful talking therapy designed to look at thoughts, feelings and sensations as they occur in the present moment – and explores helpful ways to deal with them.

CBT can be helpful with a range of mental health issues, such as phobias, panic disorders, insomnia and substance abuse.

This is a one day course designed to give participants up-to-date knowledge and practical skills to use when supporting young people to manage their emotional health and wellbeing, applying CBT techniques to real-world situations.
